Womens Western Jeans
Western Jeans are the staple of your wardrobe. Finding a great fitting pair of jeans can sometimes be a challenge. Western Jeans come in many styles, shapes and sizes. There have become so many different terms for the style and fit of jeans that it can really become confusing. When ordering jeans on Ebay if you are not certain of the fit it is a good idea to contact the seller and verify some of the measurements. To know the measurements you need, check the measurements of the waist, hips, rise and inseams of your best fitting jeans and compare. The waist is generally measured by laying the jeans flat and buttoning the opening. Measure across and double that measurement. The hips are measured 7" down from the waist and doubled. Inseam measurement is from the bottom of the crotch to the bottom of the leg. Determine the rise of the jeans by measuring from the crotch up to see where the waistband will lay.
Following is a list of some of the fitting terms and what they mean.
Boot cut - cut slightly larger around the bottom of the leg.
Low Rise - waistband fits below the natural waist.
Relaxed Fit or Classic Fit - generally cut a little larger in the hips and thighs.
Slim Fit - fit slimmer in the hips and thighs.
High Waist - fit on the natural waist line.
Flare or bell bottom - larger around the bottom of the legs.
Using these measurements and terms should insure that you get a great fitting pair of jeans at a fantistic Ebay price!
